ART 466 - Filmmaking for PhotographersUnique Course The world of photography has changed drastically over the last decade, and one of the most significant advancements is the inclusion of HD video into a digital still camera. This course is an introduction to video for photographers where students will create video projects with DSLR and Mirrorless camera technology, to learn the foundations of video and filmmaking. The course will explore basic filmmaking, camera recording techniques, camera movements, video gear, lighting, storyboarding, editing software basics, audio, as well as theory and history of the medium of filmmaking. PreRequisite: MCOM 350 + ART 358 3 semester hours
