AIS 360 - Native American Public Health

Unique Course
This course provides an overview of a broad range of public health topics through an American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) lens. During this course students will engage with current Native American public health topics. This course will analyze Native American epistemologies and methodologies as they relate to public health and environmental health issues. Students will also evaluate the role of Native American epidemiology, statistics, evaluation, and data governance in advancing the health of Native American communities.
3 semester hours
