EXS 280 - Fitness Assessment

Unique Course
The student will receive individual instruction on body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility assessment techniques.
PreRequisite: PE-250 PE-250L
CoRequisite: EXS-280L
