This course engages graduate students in exploring qualities and skills needed to effectively lead instructional change and program enhancement. It prepares teachers to plan, implement, and evaluate professional development efforts at the grade, school, district, and/or state level, applying knowledge of research and the latest elements of reform in their fields of study.
