TECH 342 - Lean Implementation

Unique Course
This course is a continuation of TECH 341-Lean Concepts. It focuses on how to implement and make Lean work in today’s environment. In addition to a more in-depth study of Lean concepts, advanced topics will include the economics of Lean, culture change, management of personnel and processes in the initial and ongoing phases of Lean. Hands-on activites will be utilized throughout the semester.
