SLDR 320 - Modern Leadership Theories

Unique Course
Modern Leadership Theories provides a broad survey and in-depth analysis of classic and contemporary leadership literature.  The course focuses upon the context of modern leadership, and in doing so points out common and distinctive features among the theories examined.  Students will move from understanding theoretical concepts to making practical application of them in their personal and professional lives.
PreRequisite: SLDR 301
3 semester hours
