MIS 425 - Information System Project ManagementUnique Course
This course introduces the student to a variety of project management techniques that can be applied in an IT project context. Key topics include project selection, scoping and budgeting, schedule development, risk identification, quality planning, team building, communication, leadership, and conflict management.
