MATH 422 - Complex Variables

Unique Course
This course provides an introduction to complex analysis including analytical functions. Topics include Cauchy-Riemnn equations, complex exponents, the natural log and its branches, contour integration, Cauchy integral formula, Morera’s theorem, Liouville’s theorem, series of complex functions, residue theory and conformal mapping. A study of functions, limits and continuity of functions of several variables, partial differentiation and line & surface integrals in this course.
PreRequisite: MATH-425
