HRM 568 - Negotiations & Conflict/Dispute Resolution CRSE Type: Unique Course This course explores negotiation and conflict dispute resolution
techniques and practices in interpersonal, work-related, community,
business, and international settings. Topics include the various
forms of alternative dispute resolution: negotiation, arbitration,
mediation, early neutral evaluation, mini-trial, etc. The course
provides guidance in handling the inevitable disputes that arise in
the operation of every enterprise and in one’s day to day
interactions. Additional Fee An additional ‘Mandatory Fee’ applies to this course.
