TECH 341 - Lean Concepts

Unique Course
In this course the student will examine the concepts generally associated with Lean particularly as Lean relates to manufacturing.  Namely these concepts are the idea of customer focus, continuous incremental improvement, providing exactly what is needed at the right time, reducing variation, eliminating waste, respecting people, and lastly, the business model that emphasizes long term goals.
