TECH 414 - Advanced Architectural Design Technology

(was Advanced Architectural Drafting)

This is the study of non-traditional construction methods and materials including: earth dome, solar, straw-bale, and steel structures. Residential and light commercial buildings are included.  Energy efficient design and considerations are explored along with “Green” building practices.  Drawings, and prints will be developed using architectyural computer aided drafting software.
