ED 752 - Ethnography of Schooling CRSE Type: Unique Course This course explores teaching as an ethnographic enterprise in
order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of schools.
Through community surveys, interviewing, demographics and other
field methods found in ethnography, students will explore the
contexts in which schools are embedded and determine the impact of
those contexts on curriculum and schooling. Students will develop
an ethnographic project based on their own experience and interest

refine their capacity for professional leadership in school
